1. DEFINITIONS

"PARAFEER" refers to the e-signature platform operated by Young Tomorrow.

"Service" refers to the document signing, storage, and related features provided through parafeer.com.

"User" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account or uses PARAFEER.

"Document" refers to any file uploaded, created, or signed through the Service.

"Signer" refers to any person invited to sign a Document through the Service.

2. APPLICABILITY

These Terms of Service govern your use of PARAFEER. By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

3. ACCOUNT & ACCESS

To use PARAFEER, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Ensuring you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Organisations must ensure their users are authorised to act on their behalf.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Forge signatures or create fraudulent documents
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. PAYMENTS & BILLING

Subscription Plans: Paid features are available through monthly or annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in Euros and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Mollie. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your chosen billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Plan Changes: Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend the Service for:

Scheduled maintenance (with reasonable notice when possible)
Emergency repairs or security updates
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Property: PARAFEER, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Young Tomorrow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all Documents and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for the legal validity of documents signed through the Service in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for ensuring electronic signatures meet your legal requirements.

9. TERMINATION

By You: You may close your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees when due. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. You may request export of your Documents for 30 days after termination. After this period, your data may be deleted.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
